General spoilers:
10/02 - Lost rolled up to Hawaii Medical Center West, a.k.a. St. Francis, in Kalihi (just up the street from Hoffs Drawler and Simon's Butcher Shop) today. Parked in front, Jack's Ford Bronco, a blue cargo van with "Canton-Rainier Carpet Cleaning" emblazoned on the side, and a Los Angeles Paramedics ambulance. Matthew Fox, Naveen Andrews, and Michael Emerson are on the scene. Jack is on the phone as action is called. He learns that someone, or something, is somewhere else, and they need to get there "right now." Jack jumps into his truck, but Sayid and Ben hang back a moment to have an intense conversation. At one point, to adjust for a dip in the grass, Naveen Andrews stands on some sandbags to meet Michael Emerson eye to eye. Eventually, Sayid takes the wheel of the blue van, and Ben climbs into the passenger seat. They drive off. Source: The Transmission

major spoilers for 3.04/3.05:
"Ok, so the episode is all about Desmond, Penny, and Ben. There are no flashbacks or flashforwards, and it is very linear like a normal television episode. Desmond and Penny have been flying under the radar for awhile and they having a kid. They move around every few months and in this episode they are in a city named Mati.
I'll try and keep this in order.
Here are the scenes and the general background for this episode.
Penny and Desmond are living a wonderful life. Desmond wants to have a kid, Penny is uncertain. She doesn't want to raise a kid and live a nomadic lifestyle going from town to town running from their past.
Penny learns she is pregnant. Doctor gives her warnings, Desmond's sperm showed abnormalities that she could not comprehend. Scenes were filmed at a local dentists office.
Ben is hot on their trail.
Desmond buys a gun from a street dealer.
Ben and Desmond play cat and mouse in several scenes. Desmond saves Penny. Ben is angry, and lost in the world.
Ben travels to North Africa.
Brace yourself for a big spoiler
There are a handful of Dharma stations located throughout the world. They are not just on the island.
One of the stations is located in the mountains somewhere in North Africa. Ben tracks Widmore's security chief to this station. Ben tortures the man for a very long time, the man finally reveals Penny's location which is Mati.
Ben finds Penny and Desmond in Mati. Ben knocks out a cook at a crappy oceanfront restaurant. Ben poisons Penny's food.
Ben sees that Penny is pregnant. He had no idea. Ben stops the waiter from delivering the food. His quest for vengeance is apparently over for now.
Penny and Desmond are docked at the Mati harbor. Penny is having extreme pain. Desmond rushes to a nearbye village to get a doctor.
Desmond and the Doctor rush back to the boat. Desmond sees Ben on his knees crying in an alley.
Desmond and the village doctor head inside the boat. Penny is in grave condition. The doctor is clueless as to why. Penny delivers the kid, and the doctor tells Desmond to take the boat to a near-bye coastal village.
We watched as the actor playing Desmond runs from the village and he's having some sort of crazy body spasms and it was hilarious to watch this actor do this over, and over, and over. Can't explain the whole body spasms part, you have any ideas?
I think I might have made a mistake about saying it's a linear episode. I think after the Ukoa pond scenes, something happens to Desmond and he starts bending time again or traveling back in time"

Episode 5.06: Title Unknown Airdate: Winter 2009
10/12 - Hajer: Male, Arab, 30s-50s. A very local "doctor" who probably doesn't have a traditional medical degree but has the experience to tackle anything the harsh desert can throw at him. Tough bed-side manner but knows how to get the job done. Must speak Tunisian Arabic. Source: Lost Spoilers [Note: It's not clear when the character will appear. It could be in 5.07 instead of 5.06.]

General spoilers: 10/12 - What I'm hearing is that the reason Jack, Kate, Sayid, Sun and Hurley need to reunite is because the Oceanic Six need to fan out to a group of Dharma stations. [...] These stations are not on the Island, but in other locations, and these off-Island stations are believed to be the ticket to getting back to the Island. Source: Kristin on E!Online 10/12 - A reader over at BuddyTV, Moosky19, has just sent in this filming report. The scene witnessed took place at a Catholic school, though Moosky19 believes that they might have been using it as a church because they added an extra Jesus on the cross prop on the exterior. The scene had four main characters: Jack, Ben, Sun and Desmond. Yes, Desmond. Ben, Sun and Jack were using Canton Rainier van. In the scene Moosky19 witnessed, Sun and Ben talk in a very serious manner once they exit the van. In the middle of the conversation, Ben pulls something out of his "man purse" and gives it to Sun. Whatever it was, it was small, Moosky19 thinking that maybe it was Jin's ring. Next, Desmond comes into the scene, and then they all run into the building. Desmond is wearing a wedding band. Did he and Penny get married? Also, Sun has a gun on her the whole time. Moosky19 also noted that everyone appeared to be pretty buddy-buddy with Ben the whole time, or at least they were working with him without animosity. Source: Lost Spoilers
